Feature: Enterprise Risk Management - An Overview

Risk management is an integral part of sound organisational management. If an organisation is to accomplish its goals, it is important that it is aware of the events that may prevent it from achieving them. Events can either be risks or opportunities. Maybe no documented strategy existed, but the brains behind the success had a vision of what was to be achieved and the charisma to communicate it.
